Belknap was born in Damariscotta Maine. She is the daughter of David and Louise Belknap. She was a student at Lincoln Academy, Newcastle Maine. While attending Middlebury College in Vermont she gained an interest in acting. The American Conservatory Theater granted her an honorary degree as a master of Fine Arts. Belknap has appeared on a number of television shows including Medical Investigations (related with ER & Third Watch) & The Handler. In the past, she was a guest star on Law & Order Law & Special Victims of the Order, Without a Trace, Deadline and is a regular in Deadline. Anna Ragsdale Camp has been an American singer, actress and songwriter since the beginning of the 1990s. Her most well-known roles are Sarah Newlin, the evil vampire on HBO's True Blood, and Aubrey Posen in The Pitch Perfect musical film series.
